How to choose between backpack orchard air delivery spray gun and side hung air delivery spray gun?

There are currently two versions of our company's orchard wind blown fog cannon, one is the side hung type and the other is the backpack type. If some fruit farmers are not familiar with the styles, they can refer to the pictures below or imagine the backpack and side hung styles of our common orchard brush cutters, which are relatively easy to understand.

1) Narrow row spacing and large tree crown: If your orchard belongs to a situation where the row spacing is relatively narrow and the tree crown of the fruit tree is also relatively large, we directly recommend you to choose a backpack type, because backpack type can directly realize the engine passing through one side and winding in front of you, which greatly reduces the length of the whole machine. Moreover, the direction of the fan outlet can be adjusted at any time according to your actual atomization needs, especially the sugar oranges commonly planted in Nanning, Guangxi, Gannan navel oranges in Guizhou, and grapefruit orchards in Fujian are more suitable.

2) Mountainous hills have steep slopes, small fruit trees, and low planting density: This is usually chosen in the early stages of fruit tree planting, when the trees have not fully opened. We can even implement cross row spraying, which not only improves work efficiency but also saves pesticide solution. Compared to traditional pressure spray guns, this is really a very good choice.

3) The trees are relatively high, and the planting density is also high: this is generally the case that we often use the American white moth disinfection and sterilization in spring and summer. Of course, it does not exclude the use of other similar poplar or other fruit trees disinfection and sterilization. In this case, we directly choose the side mounted type, because the engine directly drives the fan blades through the transmission shaft, which has high speed, high output, high wind volume, and the transmission shaft is not bent. The transmission efficiency is very high, and it is very useful to adjust our fog gun angle at any time.
